1989 Learning from the activities of the association of children with Down syndrome in France: While studying abroad at the Pasteur Institute, interacted with Professor Lejeune’s group of geneticists at the National Neckeha Children’s Hospital, who discovered that Down syndrome is caused by chromosomal abnormalities, and in Paris. I visited a group of parents of the mentally handicapped and a workshop, and learned about the situations surrounding children with Down’s syndrome in France and Europe, including care, rehabilitation, education, transitional education, and social participation.

inaugural general meeting in Tsukuba City with the aim of strengthening networks within the prefecture, promoting common activities, and solving common problems. 1991 Established Tsukuba Society for Consideration of Development of Children with Disabilities: Ibaraki Prefecture Down Syndrome Association Established: Tsukuba City for the purpose of strengthening networks within the prefecture, promoting common activities, and solving common problems by learning from the experience of Ames City and promoting interdisciplinary support systems held its inaugural meeting. To date, he has served as Executive Director. At the same time, he also participated in the activities of the Ibaraki Prefecture Intractable Diseases Association.
1992-2009 Ibaraki Prefecture Intractable Disease Group Liaison Council (Ibanan- Ren): Cooperated in promoting welfare in the prefecture as a director.
1993 Participated in the formulation of the Tsukuba City Community Welfare Promotion Plan: When formulating the Tsukuba City Community Welfare Promotion Plan, we cooperated in the preparation of plans for the treatment and education of disabled children. Request for cooperation from the person in charge of the Regional Planning Association, a commissioned company in Tsukuba City.
